We'll never ask for these

Your password, seed phrase, private key, or a code from your authenticator app. Anyone asking isn't us, however convincing they look.

What support can't do.

Better to know now than after you've written in.

Help with a deal after its payout confirms. A released deal is final, and support for it ends once the payout is on-chain. There are no returns, refunds or chargebacks after release.
Reverse a transaction. Crypto sent to a wrong network or a mistyped address can't be retrieved by anyone.
Release or refund because one side asks. Money only moves through the deal itself. If you disagree, open a dispute while the funds are held.
Complete a deal for the buyer. Only the buyer can mark a deal complete. If they've stopped responding, the seller can open a dispute.
Tell you about someone else's account. We won't confirm who holds an account or what their other deals are.
