One fee, taken once, at release.
No subscription, no listing fee, no withdrawal fee. The platform fee is deducted from the escrowed amount at the moment funds are released to the seller.
A 2,000 USDT deal costs 40 USDT. The seller receives 1,960 USDT.
A 12,000 USDT deal costs 600 USDT. The seller receives 11,400 USDT.
Who pays the fee
By default the fee comes out of the escrowed amount, so the seller receives the deal amount minus the fee. If you want the buyer to absorb it, agree a gross amount before opening the deal — for example, on a 1,000 USDT invoice at 2%, open the escrow for 1,020.41 USDT.
Network costs
Blockchain network fees are separate and are never charged by BM Escrow. The buyer pays the network fee when funding, and the outgoing payout transaction pays its own network fee from the escrow wallet. TRC20 is normally the cheapest network for USDT.
No verification fees, because there is no KYC
There is no identity check at any deal size, so there is nothing to pay for and nothing to wait on. You create a deal, fund escrow, and settle. The only cost is the escrow fee plus network fees.
Refunds and cancellations
A deal cancelled before funding costs nothing. If a funded deal is refunded to the buyer — either by mutual cancellation or a dispute resolved in the buyer's favour — the platform fee is not charged; only the network fee for the return transfer is deducted.
Current live rates and thresholds are set by the platform administrator and displayed on every deal before you fund it.
