Lifecycle

Six states. No ambiguity about where the money is.

BM Escrow is a neutral escrow service for USDT business trades. Nobody ships first, and nobody pays first — the platform sits in the middle with a record of every state change.

01

Open the deal

Either party creates the escrow with the amount, network and a short description of what is being traded. The platform issues a six-character join code.

02

Counterparty joins

The other side enters the code and confirms the terms. Both parties now see the same immutable deal record, including the exact deposit address.

03

Buyer funds escrow

The buyer sends USDT to the platform escrow address shown on the deal. That address is written onto the deal at creation and cannot be edited by either party afterwards.

04

Deposit verified on-chain

A scheduled watcher reads the chain explorers and matches the incoming transfer to the deal by amount and address. The deal flips to funded automatically, usually within minutes.

05

Seller delivers

The seller ships the goods, credentials or service and marks delivery. The timestamp is written to an append-only event log both sides can read.

06

Release and payout

The buyer releases, or an admin-configured auto-release timer fires. The platform sends the seller their payout minus the platform fee, and records the payout transaction hash on the deal.

If something goes wrong

Either side can raise a dispute at any point before release. The balance freezes immediately — no auto-release timer can fire on a disputed deal. An administrator reviews the event log and the evidence both parties submit, then either releases to the seller or refunds the buyer.

Disputes are resolved on documented evidence: delivery proof, transaction hashes, and the deal terms agreed at creation. Chat screenshots alone are weak evidence, which is why the deal description matters.

Networks and settlement

BM Escrow settles in USDT on TRC20, ERC20 and BEP20. TRC20 is the cheapest for most trades. Always send on the exact network shown on the deal — cross-network sends are not recoverable by the platform.
